The European Commission and Europa Nostra have just announced the award to the Museo de la Cal de Morón of the European Heritage Award / Europa Nostra Award 2021 in the Education, Training and Awareness category. This non-profit association aims to preserve the ancestral knowledge of traditional lime production and was declared Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2011.
